What to know:

Site Consultations typically last 30-60 minutes.

We charge $100/hour for our consultations.

Estimates and project plans provided after consultation are FREE.

Scheduling is available anytime between 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday. (Other consultation times are available if needed; please feel free to inquire further.)

It’s best to pick a couple of options when you’ll be free for at least an hour to ensure our ability to accommodate you in a timely manner.

We service all of Atlanta and adjacent areas within the I-285 perimeter for FREE.

We welcome clients up to 10 miles outside of the I-285 Atlanta perimeter for a $25 travel fee. (Farther locations are considered on a case-by-case basis; we encourage you to reach out for more information.)

Step-by-step:

FIRST Complete the EcoLogic Customer Questionnaire to describe your request.

SECOND EcoLogic’s habitat rehabilitation expert (Tea Povolny) will visit your property for an in-person consultation, and perform a walkthrough assessment of the proposed project area.

They will then discuss intervention and scope options based on the site’s condition, and your objectives and budget.

You can use this time for questions or concerns regarding our services and methods.

THIRD Tea will send you an estimate, and a project proposal if applicable, via email.

Most estimates take 1-3 weeks to complete.

Proposals provide a project overview and timeline of services. Proposals can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the client’s scope and the time of year. (April-August may take 5+ weeks.)

Additional information and graphics such a design drawings, site diagrams, maps, plant lists, etc. are available upon request. Please note that requesting additional materials may result in an additional fee, and will add time to the proposal’s completion.

FOURTH After receiving your estimate

  • you may decide to move forward;

  • you may explore additional services for an expanded project;

  • you may find that landscape regeneration is a better option for your future;

  • you may request modifications to your current project, such as a smaller scope or the inclusion of native plants;

Whatever your situation, we are happy to negotiate the best possible offer for your particular needs.

Upon your approval, your project will be added to our calendar.
